Face to Face Interview

We will set up a meeting by Zoom or in-person.


This is an opportunity for us find out more about you, your situation and your goals. 


For your convenience, we will send you an electronic link to collect documents such as pay slips and bank statements and seek consent for a credit check.


With this information, we can obtain a clear picture of your income, liabilities and commitments, living expenses and assets.





Research

After the interview, we will comprehensively analyse your information and research the loan products that most suit your situation and requirements.


Our research process will include:

  • Referring to lender policy
  • Workshopping your scenario with different lenders
  • Requesting exceptions from lenders for unique scenarios
  • Running your numbers through the lender borrowing capacity calculator
  • Short-listing lenders most suited for your scenario



Recommendation

This is when we give you a call and go through our findings.


We will share with you our recommended lender and loan product and discuss the reasons for selecting them.


We will let you know your:

  • Borrowing capacity
  • Interest rate 
  • Loan repayment amount
  • Loan features
  • Fees and costs
  • Any other recommendations


In the rare instance, you are not eligible to take out a loan, we will explain the reasoning why and provide recommendations to improve your future chances.


We understand there is a lot of information to process, therefore we will always email you a written report of our recommendations, to allow you time to review and make an informed decision.



Loan submission

Following your acceptance of our recommendation, we will lodge your application with the recommended lender.


If the lender requires any further elaboration or documentation, we will get in contact with you.


We will keep you posted throughout the process. Depending on the lender, this process can take 1-2 days to 1-2 weeks.


Verdict

We will let you know straight away when we hear back from the lender.


Thankfully, it is usually, good news!


The final step is settlement. We will work with the legal teams to ensure a smooth and streamlined settlement.
